The Open Halls Project has shut down

Josh and Cat Heath, the organizers of the Open Halls Project, have shut it down: https://wildhunt.org/2022/09/the-heathen-open-halls-project-shuts-down.html Around the time I started hanging out with Keeper of Seasons Hall, one of our members was active military. Thanks largely to his awareness and work, KoSH participated in the Open Halls Project almost from its beginning, supporting the ability of Heathens in the military being able to find people with whom to study and worship as they moved with new assignments. When the organizers of the Open Halls Project began work on getting Heathenry recognized by the Department of Defense and listed on its Faith Group list, KoSH supported them in that endeavor as well. Bruce Lee and the Tao of Ásatrú

Hard to say, yeah? I'm definitely bringing in the baggage of my positive personal interactions with the author combined with my knowledge of other things he's written, neither of which necessarily has a place in interpreting this particular piece. That seems like a wacky inclusion in a job interview introduction, incidentally. *bemused face*

Destripando la Historia Videos

Just discovered these. If you haven't seen them already, check them out! Pascu y Rodri are these Spanish guys who do some awesome, fun videos called Destripando la Historia ("Gutting History"), where they explain different stories using music and animation. I've spent way too much time watching them when I should probably be doing something else. 😅 Freyja: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AwUe1xCi6H0
